As Yapı Tek Architecture, we have curated a unique retail experience for the Kasaba brand within the enchanting atmosphere of Filibeli Han, where history and heritage are deeply felt. Placing the principle of "respect for the past" at the core of our design process, we adopted an approach that celebrates the building's original identity rather than overshadowing it.
Instead of intervening directly with the existing historical walls and structure, we utilized modular systems placed delicately within the space. This "structure within a structure" concept allowed the historical texture to breathe while showcasing Kasaba's modern identity through a powerful contrast against the backdrop of the past.
Shaped by interventions respectful of history, this project symbolizes the harmonious union of the old and the new, the traditional and the contemporary.
